Our Hiring Process
- Stage 1
Application Review
Our hiring team carefully evaluates each application based on the role’s requirements and the candidate’s qualifications. To ensure a fair and unbiased process, all identifying information, including candidate names, is removed during the initial review.
- Stage 2
Zoom Interview - Team Members
Selected candidates will participate in a virtual interview with two team members focused on the candidate's background, professional experience and technical knowledge relevant to the role’s core concepts. Additionally, we will discuss ways of working and other skills important for success in the role. We’ll share more about our team values and organizational culture so you can get a clear sense of what it’s like to work here.
- Stage 3
Technical Assignment
At this stage, candidates will be asked to complete an at-home assignment designed to assess their analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Stage 4
Zoom Interview - Hiring Manager & Team Lead
At this stage, candidates will meet with the Hiring Manager and Team Lead to discuss the technical assignment and evaluate any additional skills required for the role.
- Stage 5
Zoom Interview – Chief Product Officer
At this stage, candidates will meet with our Chief Product Officer to discuss leadership skills, team dynamics and reassess other skills as needed.
- Stage 6
Zoom Hiring Manager Interview
At this stage, the candidate will meet with the Hiring Manager and the Team Lead for a refresh on key discussion points, particularly anything that requires more exploration.
- Stage 7
Job Offer - HR
At this stage, an offer of employment is extended to the candidate.
- Stage 8
Hired
At this stage, the candidate accepts the offer of employment, and a start date is set.
