Our Hiring Process
- Stage 1
Application Review
After we review your application, if you are a potential match, we will schedule a Zoom call to learn more about you, your skills, and your experience.
- Stage 2
Zoom HR Interview
HR will conduct an initial interview.
- Stage 3
Team Members - Zoom Interview
At this stage, candidates will meet with team members where they will discuss team and organizational culture and style of working, experience of working on technical projects and cross-collaboratively, strengths, and areas of focus.
- Stage 4
An Assignment
At this stage, the candidate will be asked to complete an assignment to show us how you would approach a complex, cross-team project and provide some general notes on considerations.
- Stage 5
Senior Team Members - Zoom Interview
At this stage, candidates will meet with the Hiring Manager and another senior member of the team to discuss the task that was completed, experience with CRMs, streamlining project workflows, and implementing strategic vision, approach to working with different stakeholders, management preferences.
- Stage 6
Zoom Hiring Manager Interview
At this stage, the candidate will meet with the Hiring Manager and the Team Lead for a refresh on key discussion points, particularly anything that requires more exploration.
- Stage 7
Job Offer - HR
At this stage, an offer of employment is extended to the candidate.
- Stage 8
Hired
At this stage, the candidate accepts the offer of employment, and a start date is set.
