Sian Welch

Sian leads commercial strategy, partnerships and global events for the International WELL Building Institute overseeing a small but mighty team. As a team leader, Sian is responsible for growing our partner and provider ecosystem and ensuring best-in-class experiences for our global network of member organizations and sponsors. In addition to this, Sian manages the strategy and implementation of our WELL 2025 global event series, comprising of over 25 events around the world. 

Prior to working at IWBI, Sian spent nearly a decade working at the University of Cambridge in a variety of product, brand and key partnership roles. Most recently, Sian led the roll out of a new executive education program for the University that was focused on developing short online courses for professionals in emerging areas of science and technology.

We are looking for someone who has a great combination of hard and soft skills for this role, so would love to hear experiences of juggling both of those things.
