Stage 1

Application Review

After we review your application, if you are a potential match, we will schedule a Zoom call to learn more about you, your skills, and your experience.


Stage 2

Zoom HR Interview

HR will conduct an initial interview. 
Stage 3

Zoom Peer Interview

At this stage, candidates will meet with the Executive Assistant for our Chief Operating Officer.
Stage 4

Zoom Chief of Staff Interview

At this stage, candidates will meet with the Chief of Staff, who works closely with our CEO.
Stage 5

In-Person Writing Assignment

At this stage, the candidate will be required to complete an in-person writing assignment.
Stage 6

Zoom Hiring Manager Interview

At this stage, the candidate will meet with our CEO, who this position supports and reports to. 


Stage 7

Job Offer - HR

At this stage, an offer of employment is extended to the candidate.
Stage 8

Hired

At this stage, the candidate accepts the offer of employment, and a start date is set.
